Consultation Call
To get started, please submit an interest form to schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. During this call, I’ll share about my practice and current availability, and you’re welcome to share what you’re hoping to focus on in therapy. If we don’t have mutual availability or if it seems like your needs may be better served elsewhere, I’ll offer guidance on alternative options.
If we decide to move forward, I’ll send you initial paperwork, including practice policies and a background questionnaire. Once that is complete, we’ll schedule your intake appointment.
Intake Process
The intake appointment is a 75–90 minute session focused on understanding your background, current concerns, and treatment goals. We’ll collaboratively identify where to begin and what your care may look like. At the end of the appointment, you’ll have the option to decide whether to continue working together.
Follow-Up Sessions
Most clients meet weekly for 50-minute sessions. However, frequency and format can be adjusted depending on your needs. Shorter sessions (30 minutes) may be appropriate for some clients—especially youth, those in maintenance care, or for targeted exposure work.
We’ll develop a personalized treatment plan during our early sessions, and I’ll provide support, structure, and evidence-based care every step of the way.
Fees + Insurance
My current rates are:
Initial Intake (75–90 minutes): $395
Follow-Up Sessions (50 minutes): $285
Short Sessions (30 minutes): $175
ERP Intensives: Custom rates starting at $650 per half-day
I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans. Many clients use their out-of-network benefits to receive partial reimbursement by submitting the superbill I provide. You are responsible for the full fee at the time of service. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn more about your specific out-of-network coverage and deductible.
All billing is handled securely through Stripe via the Simple Practice electronic health record system.
Sliding Scale
I offer a limited number of reduced-fee slots based on household income and financial need. These are primarily reserved for clients from systemically marginalized communities (e.g., BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, low-income households). Sliding scale availability is limited and reviewed annually. Please inquire during the consultation process if you believe this may apply to you.
Legacy Rates
Established clients may have a legacy rate that differs from the fees listed above. These rates reflect long-standing therapeutic relationships and are honored to support continuity of care.
Cancellations
Please notify me as soon as possible if you’re unable to attend a scheduled session. I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments without notice will incur a $125 late cancellation fee.
I offer one waived late cancellation per client as a courtesy. If you're able to reschedule within the same week (pending availability), the fee is waived. Please note that insurance does not cover missed appointment fees.
Telehealth
All services are currently offered via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth through Simple Practice. This platform allows for flexible access to care and supports secure video sessions, messaging, billing, and record keeping.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance?
I am not in-network with any insurance providers. However, I provide superbills that many clients submit to their insurance for partial reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to confirm your out-of-network benefits and deductible.
How many sessions will I need?
The course of treatment varies by individual. Many clients with OCD or anxiety begin to see meaningful improvement within 12 to 25 sessions when engaging in weekly therapy. Severity, motivation, and consistency all play a role in outcomes.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. I offer secure telehealth sessions to residents of Oregon through Simple Practice. Research shows that virtual ERP and CBT can be just as effective as in-person treatment for many individuals.
Can I start with a consultation call?
Yes. I offer a free 15-minute consultation call to explore your needs, discuss whether we’re a good fit, and answer any initial questions about the therapy process.
Do you see children and teens?
Yes. I have extensive training in working with children and adolescents with OCD and anxiety, including those with co-occurring conditions like ADHD, tics, or autism spectrum presentations. I work closely with families to support progress both inside and outside of therapy.
What kind of therapy do you use?
I provide evidence-based treatment, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Habit Reversal Training (HRT). These are the gold-standard approaches for treating OCD, anxiety, and related conditions.
